Parkies vier #Afrikaans100
Op 8 Mei was dit 100 jaar sedert Afrikaans ’n amptelike taal van Suid-Afrika geword het. Laerskool Park se onderwysers en leerders het op Vrydag, 25 April, in hul eie kreatiewe styl hul Afrikaanse trots gebeeld deur volgens bekende Afrikaanse idiome aan te trek. “Dit was ’n prettige en unieke manier om Afrikaans se 100ste bestaansjaar as amptelike taal te vier,” het 'n woordvoerder vir die skool gesê. Die leerders het ook op 8 Mei hul spesiale verjaardaglied aan Afrikaans gesing. Druk/klik op foto om te vergroot.
