'n Groep vroue uit die Midbrak-omgewing kom twee keer 'n week bymekaar om lyndanse te doen, wat 'n lekker aktiwiteit is om fiks, soepel en gesond te bly. Op die maat van ou gunstelinge soos Gloria, Sweet Caroline en Green Door, voer hulle herhalende danspassies uit, wat sommer vinnig die sweet laat tap en die gesigte laat blink.
