Hawelose mense wat snags en ook bedags op sypaadjies in Mosselbaai oop en bloot lê en slaap en by inwoners en toeriste bedel, neem sigbaar toe. Besoekers aan die onderdorp word veral deur honger bedelaars gekonfronteer.
