Inwoners en besoekers aan Island View, Mosselbaai, is nou al gewoond aan Evie, 'n jong tefie wat die afgelope ses maande in die area te sien is. Evie is geen gewone rondloperhond nie, en die publiek word versoek om haar nie te voer of kos van bakkies of uit voertuie na haar te gooi nie.
