Wolwedans-gesin verloor alles in brand
'n Gesin is op Dinsdag, 5 Junie dakloos gelaat nadat 'n brand in hul informele woning op Wolwedans, Groot-Brakrivier ontstaan het. Mosselbaai brand- en rampbestuurpersoneel het om 09:00 na die woonbuurt gehaas en die brand geblus. Nog 'n woning waarin 'n man alleen gebly het, was ook in vlamme gehul.'n Verslae Lungisani Masango (28) het sprakeloos toegekyk hoe brandbestryders die vlamme blus waarna net puin oorgebly het. "Ek het Saterdag 'n splinternuwe dubbelbed en televisie vir my en my vrou gekoop. Ons identiteitsdokumente en alles wat ons besit het was in die huis. Ek kan nou net sowel doodgaan," het 'n hartseer Masango aan die Mossel Bay Advertiser gesê.
