Sand dumped in Vintcent Park
Truckloads of sand and boulders have been dumped in Vintcent Park - what is supposed to be a "green lung" above Park Primary School in Mossel Bay. The grass which was growing in the park has been covered by the sand. Also, an indigenous tree has been cut and another indigenous tree, ring-barked, so it will die.
