Hats and heels high tea for SPCA
The inaugural Garden Route SPCA ladies' high tea in Mossel Bay on Saturday, 12 November, was well attended, with almost 80 ladies (and a few gents) showing great support for their local Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA). The ladies took the Hats and Heels theme to heart and produced some spectacular and original table decorations.
