ENTERTAINMENT NEWS - Gwyneth Paltrow has filed for civil harassment prevention against an alleged stalker, who has previously targeted stars including Kim Kardashian West and Ivanka Trump.
The 45-year-old actress is seeking the protective order against a 35-year-old man.
He is currently in jail after being arrested by police over three outstanding warrants.
The Blast reports that it is currently unclear what the man did to lead Paltrow to file her protective order but he "has a history of harassing his targets over social media and through email".
This is not the first time Paltrow has been targeted by an obsessive fan.
In 2016, she testified in court about her alleged stalker, Dante Soiu - who was previously found not guilty of stalking Paltrow by reason of insanity in 2000 and sent to a mental institution for several years.
However, after his release he was accused of sending the actress up to 66 letters between 2009 and 2015, which she found "disturbing".
Soiu - who was accused of stalking the actress for 17 years - denied all charges.
