A tribute to Queen
Mark Haze joins up with The Steyn Family Band, considered the best tribute band in South Africa, to bring you The Show Must Go On on Saturday, 14 December. The show features all the big hits you want to hear. Get ready for an old school Queen experience with all the flaming hot Brian May guitar hooks (Ian Smit), all the music and trademark vocal harmonies (The Steyn Family Band), and Mark Haze - a rock star frontman that brings the house down every time.
Lizz Meiring
Actress Lizz Meiring is celebrating 35 years in the entertainment industry. As a tribute to this milestone Lizz 35 will be taking to the stage on Thursday, 19 December.
The show expresses the turmoil and insanity, the tragedies and triumphs, the chaos and creativity, the joys and despair of a life as an actress. She tells her audience about her travels both locally and internationally, the strange change rooms, the different stages, film and TV sets, the sometimes strange behaviour of audiences, listeners, viewers and admirers.
In this extremely entertaining production, the audience gets a behind-the-scenes experience like never before. A stream of characters from her creative coffin make their appearance; it's fresh, it's smart, funny and sometimes it's more serious. This heart-warming story of survival will have you captivated from start to finish.
Lizz Meiring.
Schalk Bezuidenhout comedy
Schalk Bezuidenhout is coming to the Garden Route Casino with his hilarious Afrikaans one-man show on Friday, 20 December. Since starting out on the Cape Town comedy scene a few years ago, Schalk has rocketed to major success all over the country, having recently opened for Trevor Noah's Joburg stand-up show.
Come to the show and let old Schalkie make you laugh till it hurts.

This production promises to touch the audiences' hearts, minds, funny bones and tear ducts.
