MOVIES AT MONROE THEATRE
Start your weekend with loads of laughs as Rod Taylor and Doris Day entertain you in the hilarious romcom, The Glass Bottom Boat, to be screened at 17:00 tomorrow.
In this flick, after a series of misunderstandings, the head of an aerospace research laboratory begins to suspect his new girlfriend is a Russian spy.
On Thursday, 3 October, the Monroe Theatre will be screening Lust for Life, starring Kirk Douglas. This flick takes a look at the fascinating artist, Vincent van Gogh. Bookings can be made with Joan (082 415 9588).
MEL BOTES, PETRONEL BAARD
A most enjoyable mix of wine, music and poetry will be on offer in the Southern Cape when Mel Botes and Petronel Baard team up for a tour of three local venues with the music of, among others, Pink Floyd.
