KARATE NEWS - Southern and Eastern Cape Okinawa Goju Ryu karate black belts attended the first annual Kenkyukai training seminar conducted under the leadership of sensei Jannie le Grange at the George Shibu dojo.
Kenkyukai refers to the study and research into the traditional ways and principles of Goju Ryu karate, with emphasis on the lethal aspect of the Okinawa martial arts that need to be preserved for future generations.
