GARDEN ROUTE NEWS - The two finalists for the SWD Women’s League that will be contested on Saturday 12 February, Union Stars and George, both had victories in their last round of pool matches that were concluded last Saturday.

Union Stars defeated Riversdale by two wickets and George were too strong for Ramblers and won by 199 runs.

  • Riversdale vs Union Stars

RIVERSDALE 139 all out (34.1); UNION STARS 143/8 (20.3)

Union Stars won by 2 wickets

  • George vs Ramblers

GEORGE 289/7 (50); RAMBLERS 90 all out (30.1)

George won by 199 runs.
