Zuma calls on ANC members to stop fighting each other

NATIONAL NEWS - President Jacob Zuma has called on African National Congress (ANC) members to stop fighting each other. The president make the call during a rally in Tembisa yesterday.

KwaZulu-Natal has recorded the highest number of fatalities in the run-up to next month’s elections, with 12 ANC leaders killed in the province in just the last two months.

The provincial party is investigating whether the attacks have anything to do with internal divisions.

Addressing a rally in Zulu, President Zuma said ANC supporters must stop fighting amongst each other.

He warned that doing so gives opposition parties ammunition to use against ANC.
