Bring your own grip socks or buy a pair on the day and prepare yourself for 300 metres of inflatable madness.
In between running, you will have to tackle large, inflatable obstacles. Be prepared to climb, crawl and slide on these huge "jumping castles".
The best news of all, is that you can spend some time here every day until 3 May.
The course opens at 09:00 and you pay R120 for a whole hour of fun.
