MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The speaker of the Western Cape Provincial Parlaiment, Honorable Masizole Mnqasela today, 23 September visited Ridgeview Primary School as part of drive to get school shoes to learners that are not fortunate enough to purchase a new pair of their own.
Mnqasela earlier this year also handed out shoes at Diaz Primary School.
In an act of service, the adults present were tasked to clean the children’s feet before fitting them with a pair of new shoes.
Western Cape Minisiter of Agriculture, Dr Ivan Meyer also paid a surprise visit at the school during the handout. During the interaction, children were asked about their future dreams.
