Man dies in accident on N2 near Great Brak River
Great Brak River police are investigating a case of culpable homicide.

GREAT BRAK RIVER NEWS - A 40-year-old man died in an accident on the N2 near Great Brak River yesterday.

Southern Cape police spokesperson Sergeant Chris Spies says a preliminary investigation suggests that a vehicle left the road at around 15:00.

He says upon arrival police found the driver of the vehicle with serious injuries.

“He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead last night,” says Spies.

Great Brak River police have opened a culpable homicide docket.

The circumstances surrounding the incident are not yet known.

The identity of the deceased has not yet been released.
