BUISPLAAS NEWS - Calling all ladies. You are reminded about the special Women's Day event taking place in Buisplaas on Friday, 9 August.
There are special treats in store. Be prepared to be spoilt.
Festive
If the Buisplaas Winter Carnival last month is anything to go by, with its many fun activities and delicious treats, the Women's Day event will be a festive occasion.
Buisplaas is inland, on the Gourits River, between Kleinberg and Albertinia.
Community hall
Women will be treated to a function in their honour in the community hall from 11:00 to 14:00.
Wendy Douglas, who is on the Buisplaas Residents' Association management committee, said: "Women are the pillars of our rural community and deserve a special treat.
Donations are most welcome
"Sponsors and donors are most welcome to assist in making it a special day. Any contribution would be appreciated greatly."
