MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Three men accused of kidnapping a girl from a residence in JCC Camp last December appeared in the Mossel Bay Magistrate's Court on Monday, 23 June.
The men - aged 30, 38 and 48 - are facing charges of kidnapping and abduction.
The case has been transferred to the regional court, where their next appearance will take place on Thursday, 10 July.
During their court appearance on Friday, 25 April, the men were denied bail after multiple postponements.
The three have remained in police custody since their arrest on 25 December, a day after the alleged kidnapping took place.
The girl, aged 16 at the time, was reunited with her family later on 25 December.
