Soul Festival 2020 to be a three-day event

MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Given the resounding success of the Soul Festival, the event organisers have already determined that the festival will span three days in 2020, from 8-10 August.

Apart from the near-perfect weather, Saturday, 10 August will be remembered by many as an exciting day with the Soul Festival 2019 delivering on all that had been promised.

Abuzz with activities, Market Street - historically Mossel Bay's economic and social hub - was the place to be.

The vibrant festival atmosphere was contagious and the "vibe" seemed to spread throughout the central business district.

From early, festival goers flocked to enjoy the kids' carnival, the live entertainment and the stalls. Delicious smells wafted through the air.

The festival stage was alive with entertainment, some of the best acts Mossel Bay has to offer, including a lunch time Comedy Hour that drew numbers. Some would say that the kid's carnival was the festival highlight, with great prizes finding worthy winners - a feel-good story in itself.
