Langeberg Mall growing again!

MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Hello Mossel Bay, you just experience our refurbishment and expansion of Woolworths and exciting new tenants like, Studio 88, Choice Clothing, Footgear and Bali Trading to name but a few at the end of 2021 and now we are at it again!

We are about to commence the building of a brand-new Tiger Wheel and Tyre and also enlarge and upgrade the existing Taxi rank. First National Bank will also be upgrading and we look forward to the final product, but while the upgrade of the branch takes place, they will render a service from a temporary mobile bank.

To top it off we will also be building an Audi branded EV charging Station right next to the TWT! We believe this is a FIRST for Mossel Bay?!

All of these activities have been planned specifically to be done in the quietest month of the year – being February so as to cause as little disruption and inconvenience as possible to our tenants and customers. Thus, the bulk of the work will happen in February and some finishing off will still take place in March.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused with these exciting new additions, but rest assured our intention is to grow Langeberg Mall in order to keep up with the growth of Mossel Bay and to render a unique tenant mix offering to all our visitors.

Fact – 90% of our customers visits Langeberg Mall by car, hence the addition of these new and exciting tenants that will add a lot of value to our customers who can have their vehicles pampered and attended to by both TW and Langeberg Carwash whilst doing their shopping or enjoying a snack and coffee at some our food tenants.
