KWANONQABA NEWS - A 28-year-old man was killed in his house in the Cuba informal settlement in KwaNonqaba in the early hours of Sunday morning, 23 August.
The KwaNonqaba Police are investigating a case of murder and house robbery.
The victim was reportedly at home on Sunday, listening to music with a friend. The friend had briefly left the house for some reason when she allegedly heard a gunshot. Upon her return, she found the victim on the floor with what is believed to have been a gunshot wound to the head. Medical personnel declared the man dead on the scene. Some items are believed to have been stolen from the house as well.
No arrests have been made as yet, and the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with more information should contact Warrant Officer Geoffrey Moos on 060 651 5948.
