Update
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The three men accused of the 2024 murder of Extension 13 resident, Chivago Leigh Fillies (31), are set to appear in the Mossel Bay Regional Court today, 4 March.
Fillies was attacked in the early hours of 29 June last year. He was allegedly hit over the head several times and beaten.
He died in hospital the following day, 30 June, from his wounds. On the day of Fillies' death, three men were arrested in connection with his murder: Jemandry Braaff (20), Ushere Apdol (19) and Aubrey-Junior Nickleo Mentoor (19).
They are currently out on bail of R2 000 each and are expected to appear in court today.
