MOSSEL BAY NEWS - RS Africa Diving - a South African company that operates both inshore and offshore on diving and marine projects - aims to provide young black divers with state-of-the-art skills and knowledge about high-end equipment used in professional offshore work all over the world.
"As a company, it is our passion to effect transformation within this industry," executive director Kurt Rohde said.
The company currently has a crew in the Mossel Bay harbour. It strives to be the best service provider in major diving projects based on the best equipment and the best team.
It fosters local diving skills with dedicated training and “in work” knowledge transfer.
During their stay in Mossel Bay the RS Africa Diving crew members would like to interact with the community and soon more information on their plans to host an open day on board their vessel in the Mossel Bay harbour will be available.
They have partnered with the Mossel Bay Advertiser's Oliver Twist community outreach project and will soon be making donations to worthy causes and beneficiaries in the greater Mossel Bay area.
