BUSINESS NEWS - The third edition of the Mossel Bay and Garden Route Spring Wedding & Bridal Expo 2024 is taking place on Saturday and Sunday, 31 August and 1 September, in the Mossel Bay Town Hall from 10:00 to 17:00 each day.

Already 30 businesses have signed up to be vendors at the expo and they are planning their exhibitions and fashion shows, so if you are in the weddings business, don't miss this key opportunity to showcase your products and services. Marius specialises in planning and co-ordinating small and large weddings and the expo provides brides with the platform to meet vendors to make their special day a great success.

The Garden Route Bridal Fashion Weekend, sponsored by Stanmar Motors in George, takes place at the same venue concurrently. The fashion shows are on both days from 14:00 to 16:00.

Entry for the public is totally free for the expo and the fashion shows, plus you stand the chance to win wedding prizes, giveaways and lucky draws.

Prizes include vouchers for bridal wear, hair and beauty treatments, cakes and flowers.

Feast your eyes
You will be able to feast your eyes on the latest styles and trends. There will even be a ballet fashion show.

On both days, there will be a prize draw in the middle and at the end of the fashion show.

Two other key sponsors of the expo are Rain Chartered Accountants and Absoluut Security.

The first photoshoot for the Garden Route Spring Wedding & Bridal Expo took place at picturesque Langkraal, outside Mossel Bay, on the R328 to Oudtshoorn on Monday, 8 April.

Marius said: "People can look forward to more, new photoshoots like this soon. We welcome Langkraal to the Garden Route and to the wedding industry here and look forward to working with them and collaborating on future projects."
