GARDEN ROUTE CRICKET NEWS - Western Hope (55/2) gave the aspirations of Harlequins (52 all out) to reach the play-off rounds a massive blow when they were victorious by eight wickets.
George, who on Saturday defeated Pacaltsdorp United by eight wickets and on Sunday were too strong for Pioneers (won by seven wickets), are the new log leaders after they surpassed Union Stars in spite of the defending champions' six-wicket victory against NMU.
