Update
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Mia Wales (46) and Theodorus Faure (40), the accused in cases in which shop windows were smashed in Mossel Bay, are both expected to appear in the Mossel Bay Magistrate's Court again on 29 October for further bail applications.
Wales and Faure were both charged with malicious damage to property, in connection with separate instances in which shop windows in town were broken.
Wales last appeared in court on 16 October, but the matter was postponed to 29 October. Faure was back in court on Tuesday, 22 October. His matter was also postponed to 29 October for a further bail application.
Mossel Bay Advertiser previously reported that nine cases of shop windows being smashed in town, had been opened at the Mossel Bay Police Station from 14 September to 25 September.
