MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The Mossel Bay Police arrested a suspect on Wednesday 5 August after he was found in possession of stolen property.
Akhona Mape, a man in his 30s, was reportedly carrying a basket containing items such as baby clothes when the police approached him.
He was arrested shortly after and made an appearance in the Mossel Bay Magistrate’s Court on 7 August.
Mape was expected to appear in court again on 12 August; however, the outcome of that appearance was not known by the time of publication.
