Mossel Bay Municipality's Mayor Dirk Kotzé said in a statement on his Facebook page that the WCED's district director for Eden and Central Karoo, Jewel Jonkers, came to Mossel Bay on 4 May for an inspection visit, facilitated by the circuit manager, Rozelle Neethling Smith.
