MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The 19-year-old arrested in connection with the murder of a 13-year-old boy in Kiewiet Street on Christmas evening, appeared in the Mossel Bay Magistrate's Court on Monday, 29 December.
The body of the boy, who was a former Diaz Primary School learner, was found with a stab wound to the chest behind a house in Kiewiet Street on the morning of 26 December.
However, Southern Cape Police spokesperson Warrant Officer Chris Spies previously told the Mossel Bay Advertiser that it is believed he was killed during an altercation at a house on Christmas evening.
The accused, Sergio Domingo, was arrested by Da Gamaskop Police shortly after the child's body was found.
Domingo is set to appear in court again on 12 January for a formal bail application.
