Man accused of murder with hockey stick makes first court appearance

MOSSEL BAY NEWS -   Xolani Manzi, accused of the 30-year-old Siphosethu Mdletshe’s murder, made his first appearance in the Mossel Bay Magistrate’s Court on Monday 15 December, following his arrest on Saturday 13 December. 

Mdletshe was beaten with a hockey stick in Dadoo Street, KwaNonqaba, and the Mossel Bay medical personnel have since declared him dead.

Manzi will make his next court appearance on Monday 22 December.
