MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The Skipper Foundation had its annual prize giving on Saturday, 25 May, in the Dias Museum.
More than 70 levels in the Learn to Sail courses were completed in the past year.
Sailors James Bull, Waydon Goliath and Brydon Kretzmann attained their Assistance Instructor certificates and are now setting their sights on becoming South African Sailing dinghy instructors.
Skipper Foundation head Elfie Holden thanks Mossel Bay Council Speaker, Alderman Petru Terblanche; Dias Museum head Mbulelo Mrubata; and the sailors and their parents, who attended the event and made it enjoyable.
The Skipper Foundation also thanks the Dias Museum for the provision of the highly appropriate Maritime Museum for the function.
