MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The Anti-Bullying Charity Colour Fun Run on Hartenbos Beach proved a popular way to spend Human Rights Day on Monday, 21 March.
There was a substantial turnout: 63 entries made online and 119 entries on the day, so 182 participants all together.
The annual run is organised by Karen Gray and Deon Lensing as a fundraiser. Runners must purchase tickets. Gray is the founder of an NPO which raises awareness of and seeks to eradicate bullying.
The run attracted participants young and old and was truly a family event, with many parents running with their children.

With there being attractive prizes for the best dressed, the runners outdid themselves with their fun outfits.
Also, T-shirts were printed especially for the run and participants bought these and wore them proudly, throwing their weight behind the worthy cause.
The runners had brightly coloured powder paint thrown at them at various stages along the beach.
