MOSSEL BAY GOLF NEWS - It was a perfect day on the Mossel Bay golf course when the ladies met for their weekly competition.
The format was IPS and 35 entrants vied for victory.
With lower than anticipated points in the ideal conditions, those who triumphed on the day were: first, Annette Pretorius with 35 points; second, Gail Botha, counted out on 35 points; third, Hettie Bruwer on 33 points, counting out Gloria Greyvenstein to fourth place; and 32 points secured visitor Patsy Potgieter fifth place.
Nearest the pin on the eighth was Magda Griesel. Surprisingly, no one achieved a two club on the day.
