In the post, Cape Town resident Matthew Theunissen said quote ‘So no more sporting events for South Africa - I've never been more proud to say our government are a bunch of k-words’.
A screengrab of the post has gone viral and Theunissen’s name is now trending on Twitter.
His comments have been described as utterly despicable and appalling.
