MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Business league football clubs battled it out on the field last weekend as part of the Mossel Bay Sport and Recreation Festival.

Matches for the Business League Tournament took place on 21 and 22 September, with the teams from Sea Vuna Football Club (FC) and Nestlé FC battling it out in the final. 

Sea Vuna were crowned champions of the league following their 1-0 win against Nestlé.

Excellent football was played with the same level of sportsmanship displayed on and off the field.

Matches were physically taxing, with some players competing in two games in one day.

Besides Nestlé and Sea Vuna, teams in the tournament included Garden Route Casino, Pinnacle Point, Shell, PetroSA, Mossel Bay Municipality, Henra, Mobicast, Mikeva, Ruwacon, Taxi Rangers and Cape Karoo International.
