MOSSEL BAY NEWS AND VIDEO - Hartenbos athlete Rochelle Smit (46) is the new IBFF SA Fitness over 40 champion and the IBFF SA Fitness overall women's champion.
She won two trophies at the championships which took place in Johannesburg this month.
On her facebook page, Smit posted on 9 September that she felt "gratitude towards Jesus Christ for His grace" in her life and for the support of her family and friends and for being able to do the sport she loves.
She said she was grateful her husband Ronnie had seen her on stage, witnessing her double win, and she thanked her children for their support and patience especially.
