The 19-year-old will take the stand during sentencing proceedings against the woman convicted of abducting her.
A Lavender Hill woman was found guilty of snatching the three-day-old from her sleeping mother’s arms at Groote Schuur Hospital in 1997.
The State has indicated it is in possession of the probation officer’s report and victim impact reports for Nurse and her biological parents.
The court has granted the prosecution’s request to keep those reports out of the media and private.
The judge has also agreed that Nurse’s testimony should be heard in camera, without the media and public gallery present.
