MOTORING NEWS - Ford Motor Company announced that Neale Hill (50) will take on the role of managing director of South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa from 1 July. Casper Kruger has decided to take on a new personal endeavour.
Hill is currently director of marketing, sales and service, with tremendous experience both in South Africa and internationally. In more than 25 years at Ford, Hill has worked in sales, marketing and general management. Hill will report to Mark Ovenden, president of Ford Middle East and Africa.
In the new role, Hill will be responsible for growth in the company operations across the region, improving operational fitness and developing its customer base.
"I'm honoured to be given this wonderful opportunity to lead the Ford business in the sub-Saharan Africa region. I'm privileged to work with an experienced leadership team," said Hill.
