MOSSEL BAY NEWS - There is a leak on a PetroSA pipeline opposite the entrance to Hartland housing estate and near Monte Christo housing estate, which are on the R102 road on the George side of Mossel Bay.
Two members of the public contacted Mossel Bay Advertiser about the leak today, 17 April.
The leak is about 300 metres from the road, opposite Hartland.
Water can be seen from a distance, spraying out.
One of the people who contacted the Advertiser took a photograph of the leak with a zoom lens from Hartenbos Heuwels.
The Advertiser called the PetroSA spokesperson at 11:30 today to ask when the leak would be repaired and is awaiting an answer.
The leak started yesterday afternoon. Mossel Bay Municipality confirmed on enquiry from the Advertiser that its Water and Sanitation department reported the leak to PetroSA yesterday afternoon.
