MOSSEL BAY NEWS - A market day was held in Joe Slovo on Saturday, 7 August, to raise funds to supply the needs in the community.
It was organised by ACDP branch chair for Joe Slovo, Jeanette Dreyer.
Fruit, cake, tea and coffee, amasi, handbags and clothing, among other items, were for sale at the market.
Dreyer described it as a "happy occasion and a great success".
