MOSSEL BAY NEWS - A 21-year-old Brandwag man who pleaded guilty to three counts of raping young children between 2018 and 2024 is expected to be sentenced in the Mossel Bay Regional Court tomorrow, 22 July.
The man, who cannot be named so as to protect the victims’ identities, was 14 when he raped his first victim, a nine-year-old girl.
In September last year, when he was 20, he raped two boys, a six-year-old and nine-year-old, in separate incidents.
On 14 May, the man pleaded guilty to all three counts.
The sentencing was set to take place today, 21 July, but was postponed to tomorrow.
