MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The Caritas Care Mossel Bay NPO is now operating from a premises on the ground floor of the Ocean View Mall, 70 Bland Street.

Previously the NPO rented space from the NG Moedergemeente church.

Members of the Caritas Care Mossel Bay "family" gathered together for a year-end event to celebrate their "joy and thankfulness" for a good 2023.
They are looking forward to 2024.

Two-year course

Caritas Care offers courses in narrative therapy. The modules in the two-year course are: the narrative therapy field of study; pastoral care; relationship therapy; child therapy; parenting and teens; molestation; trauma and grief; substance and alcohol dependency; and depression.

A number of people in Mossel Bay have benefited from the course. Also, Caritas Care recently held a weekend workshop for people dealing with grief.
