MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Residents are warned to steer clear of Adriaans Road and Bill Jeffery Avenue, if possible, as a march is being planned down these roads as from approximately 10:00 today.
The purpose of the march is for residents of KwaNonqaba to raise their concerns and dissatisfaction with service delivery issues with the local authority.
The march will continue to the municipal building in the centre of Mossel Bay.
Early morning an increased security presence was noticed in KwaNonqaba with members of the SAPS Public Order Police Unit from George and municipal law enforcement officers deployed at strategic points.
As far as could be established the organisers have not received official permission to stage the march.
