07:00 Start at Struisbaai Main Beach - beach checkpoints at Die Damme, Pearly Beach and onto the midway finish at Uilenkraalsmond.
30min after the last boat arrived at Uilenkraalsmond re-start and continue to flyby check point at Gansbaai Harbour.
From Gansbaai Harbour, head towards Hermanus Old Harbour fly by safety boat; beach check point at Hawston Beach, Kleinmond fly by the safety boat, beach check point at Pringle Bay, Continue to Strand beach to finish the challenge under the Six Gun Grill arch on the beach.
