MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Mossel Bay Advertiser’s photographers visited the primary schools in Mossel Bay for the first day of school today, 14 January, when plenty of photos highlighting the excitement shared by the learners, parents and educators were captured.
With their freshly ironed uniforms and shiny faces, the learners were quietly seated by their desks, listening attentively to their teachers and already making new friends.
Some 1.2 million learners are enrolled in Western Cape schools for 2026, of which 102 000 are Grade Ones who started school today.
