MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Mossel Bay's FC Milan showed its local rival, Raising The Bar FC, who's the boss during their Safa Eden Regional Women's League fixture last weekend.
The teams battled it out at the Lawaaikamp Stadium, George, on a chilly Saturday afternoon, 25 October.
FC Milan extended its lead in its stream of the league with a resounding 4-1 win over Raising The Bar.
So far, the Milan ladies soccer team are the pacesetters in their stream. Indiphile Mose and Yibanathi Dyonta contributed the four important goals for Milan, while Inathi Cetywayo netted the solitary goal for Raising The Bar.

FC Milan dominated the game using the strength of Naye Sitofile to break through the Raising The Bar backline.
They scored three great goals in the first half of the game, going into the break leading with 3-0.
The second half saw both sides looking clever, with Raising The Bar pushing every ball in front, trying to get their first goal of the match.
Cetywayo finally found the back of the net, making it 3-1 before the full-time whistle. Milan, however, managed to squeeze in another goal. Mose was looking very dangerous on the ball, putting pressure on the opposition's backline.
Her goal brought the final score to 4-1.
With 22 points, Milan is waiting for the final game against the Southern Stars to determine the Eden champions.
So far, they have played eight games with seven victories and one draw. Raising The Bar is in third position.
