The beautiful building in Marlin Street has been completed and the dedication will take place on Sunday 7 August.
The Head of the New Apostolic Church Cape, District Apostle Noel Barnes will dedicate the church to the honour of God. This new building, with a seating capacity of 350, has created much excitement amongst the members as they prepare to occupy their own building.
A special divine service for invited guests will be held at 10:00. This will be followed by a music hour at 14:00 to which the whole congregation as well as the public are invited.
The music hour will be hosted by Bishop Ivor Adams of the Riversdale Bishop Area of which Mossel Bay region is part.
The programme has been specially selected to express the praise and thanks to God by the members and enhance the occasion of the dedication of the new church building. An adult choir, children's choir and orchestra from amongst the members will entertain the audience. They are part of the choir who performed for the public in the Dias Museum last year.
If anyone would like to know more about the event or the musical programme you can contact James Classen on 082 334 4884.
