OPVOLG: 27 AUGUSTUS - Vermiste meisie gevind
Die 19-jarige meisie wat vandag deur haar familie as vermis aangemeld is nadat sy gister laas gesien is, is gevind. Die omstandighede van haar verdwyning is nie tans bekend nie. Polisiewoordvoerder sers Chris Spies het aan die Mossel Bay Advertiser bevestig dat die meisie met haar familie herenig is.
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The Da Gamaskop police in Mossel Bay are seeking the assistance of the public in the search for Janet Pretorius (19) from Mossel Bay who was reported missing by her next of kin earlier today.
Information available reveals that the missing person was last seen on 26 August at about 09:00 when she left their residence at Beach Boulevard East, Dias Beach, Mossel Bay, to meet someone and never returned.
She was dressed in black denim pants and a grey fleece jacket at the time of her disappearance.
A search for the missing person is currently under way.
The investigating officer, Warrant Officer Du Plessis, urges the public to come forward with any information which could ensure the safe return of the teen. Anyone with information about her whereabouts may contact the investigating officer at Da Gamaskop Detectives (044 044 606 2201) or Crime Stop at 08600 10111.

Sy het ten tye van haar verdwyning 'n swart denim en grys baadjie aangehad. Die Da Gamaskop-polisie ondersoek 'n saak van 'n vermiste persoon.
