MOSSEL BAY NEWS - There was a pageant for mature women at the ACVV Kenani Service Centre in Mossel Bay on Friday, 6 May.
The pageant was organised by Frieda van der Walt, the owner of Gemini Model and Talent Agency.
The winner of Mrs Mature 2022 was Nelie Anthonissen (86) and the first princes was Susan Young (90).
The judges were models Rosie Koch, 2021 Mrs SA semi-finalist Berenice Kogana Paulson and Van der Walt. Current Miss Eden FM semi-finalist Courtney Williams presented the pageant winner with her sash.
The seniors enjoyed the pageant and there were more entries than expected.
Actress Vicky Kente of Getroud met Rugby on TV was a guest at the pageant and had a special message for mothers, it being Mother's Day on 8 May.
