MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Celebrate Freedom Day with the Mossel Bay Creative Culture Association (MOCCA) as it hosts its third Open Mic event next week in Great Brak River. The Open Mic concept was launched in November 2017 at the Craft Art Workshop in Mossel Bay as a celebration of poetry, spoken word, rap, song, drama and even a little dancing.
In March this year, the Open Mic event continued in Mossel Bay, hosted at the Monroe Theatre, where even more diversity was seen and enjoyed.
This Friday, 27 April between 11:00 and 15:00, artists will once again come together to freely give expression to their creative gifts at Black Vanilla, Long Street, Great Brak River.
At this event, visual artists are welcome to bring their canvases and create on the spot.
